So in this max muscle blog I am documenting an experiment involving a few key amino acids, to help produce more “active recovery’’ of muscles on a cellular level. Here are the amino acids and nutrients I will be controlling, Glutamine, Creatine (kre-alkylan), arganine alpha keto gluterate(aakg), magnesium, L- leucine, iso leucine and valine along with controlled amounts of potassium.

-XTR this is great because it covers most of these amino acids in one serving! It contains
-AAKG
-Leucine iso leucine and valine
-Glutamine
-MAX KRE ALKYLAN
- ANY MAX MUSCLE PROTIEN POWDER DUE TO ITS 500 MG DOSE OF POTASSIUM PERSERVING!!
OK…. during the experiment, what I plan to do is take a dose of 2.5 scoops of xtr along, 250 mg of magnesium with 1 capsule of max kre alkylan 3 times daily in between my main meals.
Something like, 1.5 hrs after meals 2, 3 and 6.
My prediction of what this protocol will produce is high nitrogen content of the blood creating a much more efficient pathway for nutrients to be absorbed by the muscles, more intra cellular water uptake equaling AWESOME PUMPS in the gym that stay all day long, increased recovery time due to the consistent levels of glutamine and branch chained amino acids in the blood stream, and a much more stable state of ANABOLISM through out the day.
I will be testing this protocol for 4 weeks and recording my results, through these weeks I will be explaining the background of each product and how it can benefit Max Muscle shoppers!
