Your plan will evolve over the course of the program to promote the maximum burning off of fat. The following is a summary of what you can expect over the course of the program:

Weeks 1-3: Induction & Elimination Phase
Familiarize yourself with your customized plan, while some adjustments are made to adapt it to your time and life requirements. We’ll also thoroughly review your training schedule and grocery shopping habits to ensure they conform to your goals.

Body Effects: Clothes begin to fit more loosely where it matters, as water weight and bloat dissipate.

Week 4-8: Conditioning & Consistency Phase:
Learn which foods can be substituted in your diet that will contribute to your lifestyle change without making you feel deprived. Build habits of consistency and perseverance. Create personal recipes that are delicious and correspond to your plan and your goals.

Body Effects: True fat loss is clearly seen. Body is becoming significantly leaner and in pictures you begin to look very different to yourself and others. Definition in new areas is starting to appear.

Week 9-12: Diet Optimization, Training Acceleration
Continue optimizing your diet for fat loss but will turn your training program up a couple levels to ensure maximum fat loss. Your body will burn fat at a high level through this stage.

Body Effects: Time to go shopping for new clothes as you continue to sculpt your body towards your ideal.
